Under-Eye Restoration at CONTŌR is an advanced PRFM under-eye treatment that uses your body’s own regenerative growth factors to improve skin quality beneath the eyes. Each session involves a blood draw followed by centrifugation to isolate platelets and create PRFM (Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix).

This “liquid gold” is then carefully injected into the under-eye area, where it stimulates collagen production, improves skin thickness, and enhances overall tone and texture. The result is a brighter, smoother, more refreshed under-eye appearance.

At CONTŌR, we offer both under-eye filler and PRFM because they address different concerns.

PRFM is a regenerative treatment that improves skin quality, pigmentation, and crepiness over time with lower risk and more natural, long-term results. Filler provides immediate structural volume and is best for moderate to severe hollowing.

All of our guests receive a full exam and analysis, and leave with a customized treatment plan. Depending on your needs, that plan may include one service over the other or a combination of both for the best outcome.

We typically recommend a minimum of 3 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, followed by a maintenance session every 12 months to sustain results.

Results develop gradually. Some guests notice improvement within a few weeks, while full results typically appear over 2 to 3 months as collagen production increases.

Downtime is moderate. You may experience mild swelling for 1 to 3 days and occasional bruising, which resolves quickly. Most guests return to normal activities immediately.

The treatment is generally well tolerated. You may feel slight pressure during the injections, but discomfort is minimal.

Please note: individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding are not suitable candidates for this treatment.

To prepare for treatment, please follow these guidelines:

• Avoid blood-thinning supplements (vitamin E, fish oil, omega-3s) for 5 days before treatment, unless otherwise instructed by your physician
• Avoid aspirin and NSAIDs (Advil, Aleve, Motrin) for 24 hours before treatment
• Avoid alcohol 24 hours before treatment
• Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin around the eye area

After your treatment, please follow these guidelines:

• Wait 1 hour before applying makeup, SPF, or skincare
• Sleep slightly elevated on the first night to minimize swelling
• Avoid strenuous exercise until the following day
• Do not apply ice to the area
• Avoid flying for 48 hours
• Avoid saunas and high heat exposure for 1 week
• Avoid facials, facial massages, or gua sha for 1 week

We advise arranging a Wedding Consultation soon after your engagement. During this session, we’ll evaluate your skin’s current state and discuss your vision for your ideal look on your special day and throughout the pre-wedding period. Our medical team is composed of experienced aesthetic practitioners, who are each extensively trained through our rigorous training program to ensure you’re getting the highest standard of care. All of our injectors have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Unfortunately, this treatment is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. After your pregnancy, our team would love to help you as soon as you’re ready.
