CONTŌR was born out of the need for a new kind of skincare experience
After years of performing cosmetic injectables, we grew frustrated with the industry’s focus on short-term results that often sacrifice long-term outcomes. We felt pressured to follow traditional industry standards that lead to people looking the same in the long run. At most modern med spas, treatment options can be overwhelming and natural results are overpromised but underdelivered. Don’t we all know that classic “overdone” look?
As young professionals we craved a brand made specifically for us; specializing in minimal downtime enhancements that look good today and even better long term. We aspired for truly individualized regimens that enhance our best features rather than making us look like someone else. That is where CONTŌR comes in. Our unique approach addresses the aging process above and below the skin simultaneously, helping you optimize the way you look, feel, and perform.

CEO and Co-Founder
Dafna Gershoony
CEO and Co-Founder
Dafna is a board-certified, New York State Licensed PA who specializes in cosmetic dermatology for all skin types. Her passion for aesthetics and attention to detail began in college where she graduated with a triple major in Art, History, and Chemistry. She went on to obtain a master’s degree with high honors in Physician Assistant studies from Pace University. For over 6 years, Dafna worked alongside some of the top cosmetic dermatologists in New York City, establishing herself as an authority in the field. In 2019 Dafna joined a medical aesthetic startup in NYC and the Hamptons where she was quickly named Head of Skincare and helped propel the company to new heights.
Dafna’s passion lies in highlighting each person’s individual beauty inside and out. She focuses on treatments that promote skin health in conjunction with total body wellness. Dafna is widely recognized for achieving superior results through personalized combinations of injectables with medical-grade skin treatments. She now utilizes this balanced approach to aging as the foundation for CONTŌR.
As a renowned industry consultant, Dafna also enjoys teaching, clinical training, and giving academic lectures. She is a born-and-raised New Yorker and often spends her free time with family, attending art events, traveling, and giving back to her community.
Brad Crerar
COO and Co-Founder
Brad is a board-certified, New York State Licensed PA with a master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies. After graduating, he worked in surgery at two of the top hospitals in New York where he developed a passion for procedural excellence. He has spent over 8 years performing aesthetically pleasing surgical wound closures for some of NYC’s top surgeons, including work with athletes and celebrities. This experience at the highest level set the stage for his success as an aesthetic injector.
Through years of performing aesthetic injectable procedures, Brad has developed a passion for helping his clients achieve their individual goals rather than following industry beauty standards. His approach emphasizes longevity; developing the right routines that lead to natural and long-lasting outcomes. Brad values continuous self-improvement not just in aging and performance, but in all aspects of life. He believes nothing is more rewarding than helping others become the best versions of themselves.
In his free time, Brad is a husband and father, certified rescue scuba diver, and freestyle jump rope enthusiast. Brad also has a passion for travel and environmentalism. He has attended multiple medical missions in various parts of the world to help the underserved.

Maggie Hartz, PA-C
Lead Injector
Maggie is a Board Certified Physician Assistant in the state of New York. She obtained her undergraduate Bachelors in Biology from the University of San Diego and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College in Manhattan. Maggie began her Physician Assistant career on the Lung Transplant team at Columbia University Medical Center. Her experience working with highly complex surgical patients allowed her to develop a strong medical practice, rooted in precision and attention to detail, that has proven immeasurably valuable when transitioning into aesthetic medicine.
Her first role in aesthetics was at a high volume medical aesthetics practice. After completing six months of procedural training, Maggie quickly became one of the top providers at her practice, seeing roughly three hundred patients per month for aesthetic injectables and medical grade skincare treatments. With a desire to continue to grow in her career, Maggie was honored to be invited into the practice of Dr. Umbareen Mahmood, to work alongside her in both a surgical and non-surgical capacity.
Maggie has now joined CONTŌR as the Lead Injector. She specializes in facial balancing and creating individualized, comprehensive treatment plans that yield noticeable, yet natural results and leave her patients radiating confidence. She believes in focusing on treatments that are preventative in nature to set her patients up for long term success.
Maggie truly loves all things beauty and wellness, and enjoys staying up to date on the latest innovations and trends in her industry. Maggie has lived in New York City for nearly a decade, and spends most of her weekends exploring the city and trying new restaurants, traveling to new places or catching up on her favorite reality tv shows.
Cassandra Noukeo
Master Aesthetician
Cassandra is a New York State Licensed Aesthetician whose journey into aesthetics began with a fascination for beauty and a desire to help others feel confident in their own skin. After graduating with high honors at Christine Valmy, she launched her career dedicated to enhancing one’s natural beauty and prioritizing self-care. Cassandra focuses on a gentle approach to achieving a healthy, glowing complexion with an emphasis on hydrating, nurturing and protecting the skin barrier. Her greatest joy comes from seeing the impact of her work as her clients leave feeling refreshed, revitalized and confident. Alongside her aesthetician license, Cassandra is also licensed in tattoo artistry with a certification in permanent makeup, specializing in brow micro shading. Her commitment to continuous learning guarantees that she remains at the forefront of industry trends, constantly refining her skills and excelling in her craft. In her spare time, Cassandra enjoys baking, going on road trips, scenic hikes, and playing tennis.

Whitney Hodnett
Licensed Master Aesthetician
Whitney is a board-certified licensed master aesthetician from the advanced Dermalogica Academy. Throughout her career, she has achieved post grade certification from the International Dermal Institute, as well as numerous device and laser certifications. With a passion for skincare and a commitment to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals, Whitney brings 8 years of experience in dermatology and medical spa settings. Specializing in advanced skincare treatments, she offers services tailored to address individual skin concerns and enhance natural beauty. Her specialties include microneedling, peels, and facials. Whitney believes education and at-home skin care are just as important as in-office treatment, making sure clients leave with knowledge as well as results. Whitney was People magazine’s pick for their “Not a drop of makeup” portfolio in the annual Beautiful People issue, treating a-listers both on and off set.
